According to the site working conditions calculate the filtration area, judge the status of the existing electrostatic precipitator and determine the transformation scheme. On the premise of meeting the technical requirements, the existing foundation and components shall be used as much as possible. For example, the existing civil foundation, shell, and dust hopper can be retained, and all other parts shall be removed.
The conversion erection work can be completed within the maintenance period without affecting the normal production.
3D modeling can provide intuitive intermediate connection structure, ensure the equipment accurate manufacturing and at the same time provide the packaging model with packing list which is helpful to control transportation cost.
CETEC can analyze physical capability of each system, optimize the fluid dynamics and study the efficiency of pollution removal by Ansys Fluent and CFD software. Based on the analysis to adjust inlet duct location, deflector and duct baffle to get optimal air distribution and reduce air speed.
