Advanced design technology to ensure uniform air distribution
CETEC can analyze physical capability of each system, optimize the fluid dynamics and study the efficiency of pollution removal by Ansys Fluent and CFD software. Based on the analysis to adjust inlet duct location, deflector and duct baffle to get optimal air distribution and reduce air speed.
The offline pulse cleaning effect is more thorough and maintenance can be carried out online. The large volume bag house is generally designed as an offline structure and has two dust cleaning functions that can be switched offline and online depending on the working conditions. No matter whether online or offline dust cleaning is chosen, it will not affect the operation of the bag house.
